Father’s Day is a big deal at Freddy J’s Bar & Kitchen. The restaurant bears my dad’s name, Freddy J, only because he reluctantly agreed; however, his passion for smoking meats and experimenting with flavors is the backbone of our menu.

This June 15, we’re celebrating every dad with two special seatings and a menu built around hearty smokehouse classics and elegant twists.

Father’s Day Brunch (11 AM – 2 PM)

Brunch Menu

• Smoked Brisket Benedict
  Cheddar scallion brisket, hollandaise sauce, and perfectly poached eggs
  
• BBQ Brunch Burger
  Two 4-oz smashed patties, fried egg, applewood bacon, BBQ aiol,i and crispy onions with cheesy home fries.
  
• Smoked Ham Steak
  Topped with cheese sauce, served with eggs any style,e and home fries

Father’s Day Dinner (4 PM – 9 PM)

• Short Rib Stuffed Lobster Tail
  Served with saffron rice, balsamic marinated asparagus, and drawn butter
  
• Dry Rubbed Filet Topped with Sautéed Crab Meat
  Served with black garlic parmesan mashed potatoes and crispy fried onions
