Burger Week – Day 1

We’re excited to start our seven-day burger journey across America, beginning with a taste of Charlotte, North Carolina!

Tomorrow, we’re serving up the Chili Burger—a classic created by Thomas M. “Ptomaine Tommy” DeForest in Los Angeles but truly embraced in North Carolina as the “All the Way” burger. In true Carolina fashion, it’s piled high with coleslaw, chili, cheese, onions—just about everything you can imagine.

Our version features juicy hamburger patties smothered in our Texas-style brisket chili, topped with creamy coleslaw, melted American cheese, diced onions, and a touch of yellow mustard, all nestled between a fresh bun.
