Freddy J’s Bar & Kitchen has updated their short rib grilled cheese recipe to be “New and Improved.” This crowd favorite first appeared on our updated summer menu with a brand-new recipe.
The original Short Rib Grilled Cheese featured grilled smoked gouda cheese with our signature short rib, horseradish sauce, and caramelized onions.
Our new recipe includes grilled brie cheese with stout-braised short rib, peach pepper jam, & caramelized onions served on Texas toast.
