The short version: pickup only, 20 portions minimum, order five business days out by 3 PM.
Five business days
That’s the notice we like for a party order. One business day is the hard minimum, and 1-4 business days adds a 20% expedited surcharge. Order by 3 PM Eastern for the day to count. Mondays never count; we’re closed.
Pickup only
All catering leaves from the restaurant: 5698 Somers Point Rd, Mays Landing. Tue-Sat 12-10 PM, Sun 12-9 PM. Closed Monday.
20 portion minimum
Packages are priced per paid portion with a 20 portion minimum. Feeding fewer than 20? Build à la carte and order by the pan instead.
Paid when you order
The estimate you approve is what you pay at checkout: food, 6.625% NJ sales tax, and the processing fee. Refunds are full at 5+ business days out, 50% at 2-4, none inside 2.
Reheats in the pan
Everything travels in foil pans that go straight into the oven. Cover, warm at 325°F until hot through, and serve. The smoker already did the hard part.
Allergies or dietary needs? Changes to an order? Call (609) 829-2585. Changes need 2 business days’ notice, and the 3 PM cutoff applies.
